This privacy policy (the “Policy”) sets out how MB Profinetas processes personal data when you use the website profinetas.lt and our services: data transmission and internet connectivity services in Pasvalys, and the profisense™ and ProfiPOS™ systems.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania.
02What data we process
We collect only as much data as is necessary to provide a service, issue an invoice or comply with a legal requirement.

The website has no registration or newsletter. Data from the contact and support forms, including attached photos, is sent to us by email, used only to resolve the request and is not stored on the website. Otherwise, apart from server logs, we do not collect personal data while you browse.
03Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. The website profinetas.lt does not use cookies. On your first visit a banner is shown where you can accept or decline visit statistics. If you decline, we collect no statistics about your visit.

04Data recipients
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes. We may disclose data only to:
- server and hosting providers whose servers are located in Lithuania;
- banks and payment service providers – to execute payments;
- our accounting service provider – when a support request concerns accounting matters;
- public authorities (e.g. the State Tax Inspectorate, law enforcement, courts) – only where required by law.
Data is processed in the European Union and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
05Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of data when it is no longer needed and there is no legal obligation to keep it;
- restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a commonly used machine-readable format and transmit it to another service provider.
Send requests by email to info@profinetas.lt. We respond within 30 days at the latest. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt).
06Intellectual property
The website content, design, texts, logos and the trademarks profisense™ and ProfiPOS™ belong to MB Profinetas and are protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Lithuania and international intellectual property legislation.
Without the prior written consent of MB Profinetas it is prohibited to copy or distribute the website content, collect it automatically (scraping), attempt to gain unauthorised access to the systems or compromise their security. Such actions may result in civil and criminal liability.
07Final provisions
MB Profinetas may amend this Policy. Changes take effect from their publication on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
